Creamy Kyoto Matcha popsicle with a kick of caffeine

Makes 5 popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 can full fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 T Kyoto matcha 
  • 2 T sugar / maple / honey
  • 3 T alternative milk squeeze of lemon

Directions:

Blend Kyoto Matcha, coconut milk & alternative milk until smooth. 

Pour half of the mixture into a pot with the sugar. 

Heat, just until the sugar has dissolved. 

Combine the mixtures in a pitcher or a bowl with spout and add a squeeze of lemon. 

Portion into popsicles & freeze until solid.
